Tutorial for the B5310
What do you need for installation: Cellphone. USB cable. Firmware. Flashprogram. Preparation: Get your cellphone. Get your USB cable. Get your firmware. (You can find more firmwares here.) Get the flashprogram. (You can find the flashprogram here.) Download mode. Put your cellphone into Download mode. Press and hold the following buttons: - Volume down. - Power button. - Camera button. Connect your phone with your pc. (Use the original USB cable) Flashing: 1. Extract the firmware onto your desktop. 2. Open the MultiLoader. (V5.62) 3. Select the second option (BRCM2153) in the control section of the MultiLoader. 4. Put a check in: - Boot Change. - Full Download. - Master Rom. 5. Click the Boot button and browse to the firmware folder on the desktop and select the file. (BOOTFILES) 6. Do the same for all the other buttons. (Work the list from top to bottom.) Skip: FOTA, Tune, ETC and PFS. (NOTE if you have PFS files use them.) 7. Be sure to select the LOW version for the Rsrc2 button 8. Check if your phone is correctly connected. (Click on Port Search) 9. If the Port Search is ready, click DOWNLOAD. 10. Leave your phone connected during the entire firmware installation. 11. When the MultiLoader says "All files complete", disconnect your phone, remove the battery, insert your MicroSD and SIM card. 12. If you want you can make first a hard reset use this code: *2767*3855# 13. Turn on your phone, enter your PIN code. Your phone is now updated!
