You can reset your phone by 2 ways.

Go to settings>Accessories>Clear storage = enter password 1234

turn phone off, press n hold both soft keys and power up phone usual. this should hard reset your phone.

power off; hold down both soft keys; press power on for 1 sec, holding the the soft keys, untill the screen asks you to press '0'

upgrade with bootloader

1. find and download the update you want to install (smthg like RUU_StarTrek_1.2.709.1_DOPODCHT_Ship_R2.exe), using the WinRAR unpack its content to the some folder

2. disable ActiveSync USB connections, and unplug USB cable from the phone

3. holding the camera and voice notes keys, plug USB cable back to the phone

4. run ROMUpdateUtility.exe from the unpacked update.

It is necessary to format your microsd card to FAT32 filesystem!

# Empty (erase the contents) of your microSD card from the Windows Mobile file explorer or format it in fat32 from your computer using a card reader (in some cases format doesn't work).
# Extract the .NBH file from your prefered ROM upgrade: In windows use winrar (right click) to extract the contents of the exe file. In Linux / ~MacOS use [cabextract | http://www.kyz.uklinux.net/cabextract.php].
# Rename the .NBH file to *STARIMG.nbh* and copy it to the root folder of your microSD card.
# With microSD card inserted on the phone, start the bootloader (The bootloader is invoked by pressing down the Record button and Camera button at the same time).
# You should see the screen with SD Card searching, then confirm flashing on screen by pressing Softkey.
# Flashing might hang after some time but this is normal. Just wait. Complete flash takes about 25 minutes, so check your battery or connect to charger before the flashing process starts.

~SuperCID devices are able to flash any official NBH image using this method.
