APP error 205 Empty APP error 205

If you find this APP error 205, performing a clean reload via Blackberry Desktop Manager may fix the problem...

Steps:
1. First you must have the Blackberry Desktop Manager Installed in your system.
2. If you need to back up the phone follow instruction here.

3. If you want to proceed on reloading its firmware follow this step.

a. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
b. Double-click Application Loader.
c. Click Next to start the installation process.
d. Type your BlackBerry smartphone password, if prompted, and click OK.
e. Select the check boxes next to the names of the applications to be loaded, and then click Next.
f. Click Settings, and then select the check boxes beside Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications.
g. Clear the check box next to Backup up device data automatically during the installation process.
h. Click Ok > Next > Finish.
i. When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Close to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
